Lighted Signs
Our team produces a wide variety of 12" x 15" lighted lamp post signs. Made for indoor and outdoor use, they are one-sided and manufactured from .050 aluminum plates and 1/8" translucent acrylic faces. These pieces are precision-routed and brake-formed before painting. They are internally illuminated with 30 low-voltage white LEDs, using an energy-efficient 120-volt, 20-watt transformer.

Aluminum Signs
These signs are manufactured from .090 aluminum plate and CNC precision-routed to your specifications. All creations are painted with exterior enamel paints and come with pre-drilled mounting holes (10" on center), which cannot be modified. Each sign can accommodate two or three lines of text, depending on the selected style. Shapes 9 through 21 are for names and numbers. Shapes 22 through 26 include sections for art and three lines of copy.

Acrylic Signs
Acrylic signs are made for indoor and outdoor use. They are CNC-routed from 1/8" thick acrylic plastic, and are available in white, black, dark brown, and beige. The sign's color is pigmented in the material, protecting it against solar fade. The 1/8" inside border is the same color as the lettering, and the sign can hold up to three lines of copy. All signs come pre-drilled 6" on center and can be hung or mounted on a wall. They are single-sided. You can request double-sided if you wish. We use high-performance vinyl for lettering, borders, and graphics.

Online Ordering and Installation Policies
At SIGNS by Jackie, we strive of make the in-person and online ordering of our custom signs as easy as possible. Here are our policies regarding payment, privacy, shipping, and installation.
Payment Methods
We accept credit cards and personal checks. If you pay by check, your order will be processed three days after we receive your check. Checks should be made out to SIGNS by Jackie.

Accessories
To help make the installation of our signs easier, we offer 20" length pole arms, end caps and stainless steel hardware.
Many of our signs are 13" wide or larger, so a longer pole arm is often required to keep the hanging signs from striking the main lamp post. Our pole arms come in the colors of black, dark brown, white or bronze. They are 3/4" outside diameter with a thick sidewall and are pre-drilled for both aluminum (10" on center) or for our acrylic signs (6" on center) and cannot be modified.
Our popular end caps are actual golf balls, drilled for a tight fit, and also come in the colors of black, dark brown, white and bronze.
Stainless steel mounting hardware is reccomended to keep rust from eventually running down the front of your sign.
The poles, end caps and stainless steel hardware are individually sold for $7.00 each.

Installation and Warranty
Signs By Jackie currently only installs in The Villages and the surrounding communities. If we do not install your lighted sign, we recommend professionals install your lighted sign for you. When you order your install, indicate whether the preferred mounting should be on the left or right of the pole as you face your house from the street.
One Year Manufacturer's Warranty included. This covers Misspelling, Wrong colors, Wrong Shape, etc. Acrylic signs are not warranted against breakage, except during delivery. Warranty does not include damage due to weather or "Acts of God".
Refund Policy
All our signs are custom made for you and cannot be resold, therefore there is no returning of signs for refund. Here at Signs By Jackie, we want our customers to be ecstatic with your product! If something is not to your satisfaction, contact us and we will work hard to correct the problem!
Installation Fees
All installations need to be prepaid through Market Nights booth sales or through our website. All installation packages include new stainless steel hardware with both eye and S-hooks, a 20" pre-drilled pole in your choice of white, black, brown, or bronze, and golf ball end caps if requested.
We perform the actual hanging or attachment of the sign on the pole side opposite of the drive unless directed otherwise. All lighted, hanging and side mounted aluminum signs need to have the pole side selected at time of order. Installation in The Villages is $40.

Shipping Options
We ship our products through USPS Priority Mail®. Shipping time is usually between three to five days. Regular signs cost $18 to ship, while lighted signs cost $35. Shipping rates for the continental U.S., all others will be contacted for additional shipping charges.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user and used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, etc. are confidential. Billing address is used solely to ship or install the order.
